Anne Lynch

The Law Office of Anne Lynch is a superior firm specializing in family and criminal law. In August 2001, this private practice was established by Anne Lynch, Esq., in a downtown West Palm Beach office, where business is still conducted today. She focuses on the many complex issues of criminal and family litigation, and brings a unique perspective, having defended clients in a myriad of facets of civil litigation.
Prior to establishing her practice, Anne Lynch, Esq, worked as an Assistant Public Defender for Palm Beach County from 1996-2000; there, she was awarded the Gold Honors Award for Pro Bono Work. Her training as a trial attorney allows the firm to aggressively handle "crisis" legal cases, and to seek out crisis legal clients who may have difficulty finding representation. During her tenure, she established a model Elder Justice Program for the 15th Judicial Circuit, which has been recognized nationally for identifying and assisting elders at risk. From 2000-2001, she served as Executive Director of her project.
Anne Lynch, Esq., began her practice of law in 1996 and passed the Florida Bar in 1998 with a Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University. She has held the position of Associate Editor for the Journal of Comparative and International Law, and has studied in England, as well as nationally and locally to ensure a wide-ranging and comprehensive legal awareness. She is a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association, the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, and Palm Beach County Criminal Defense Attorneys, and currently practices law in the 15th Judicial Circuit of Palm Beach County, Florida.
With eight years of experience in family law and 12 years of experience in criminal law, she is privileged and pleased to serve the residents of Palm Beach County.
